Since 2008, the focus of Sophie Hicks Architects has been property development.
Building on the experience gained through the development of 12-19 Powis Mews, Notting Hill, London, W11, we have been acquiring sites in central London for development.

We specialise in sites with difficult planning constraints where we believe an inspired architectural solution and determined work to remove planning and legal obstacles can unlock significant potential. On completion, the developments are sold or let. To date the returns for investors have been highly satisfactory.
