Sophie Hicks Architects’ office is situated in a 19th century brick building in a cobbled mews in Notting Hill. Originally stables, then a warehouse, we redesigned the property and completed a major refurbishment in 2005. The atmosphere that comes from the age and history of the building has influenced the contemporary alterations. We added a glazed top storey, enlarged the windows and added balconies. The building now contains both residential and office spaces. Two offices are currently available to rent here: Offices for rent Number 14 – LET Number 17, First Floor – LET Number 17, Second Floor Leases are typically for 5 years with a break clause at 12 or 24 months.
